A light dessert

Ingredients

  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 1 Tsp lemon juice Fresh
  • 2 TB Orange Blossom Honey
  • 2 Tsp Grand Marnier
  • 2 TB John Cameron Mead or use your favourite dry style Traditional Mead
  • 2 Tsp sliced almonds Toasted

Instructions

  1. Whip cream until firm peaks are observed
  2. Combine lemon juice, honey, Grand Marnier, John Cameron Mead together.
  3. Once combined gently fold the mixture into the whipped cream to combine then spoon into desired serving dishes and chill 2 hours before serving
  4. Garnish with toasted almond slices and fresh berries if desired
