A light dessert
Ingredients
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 1 Tsp lemon juice Fresh
- 2 TB Orange Blossom Honey
- 2 Tsp Grand Marnier
- 2 TB John Cameron Mead or use your favourite dry style Traditional Mead
- 2 Tsp sliced almonds Toasted
Instructions
- Whip cream until firm peaks are observed
- Combine lemon juice, honey, Grand Marnier, John Cameron Mead together.
- Once combined gently fold the mixture into the whipped cream to combine then spoon into desired serving dishes and chill 2 hours before serving
- Garnish with toasted almond slices and fresh berries if desired
